How do I place an order?

Browse the Supply Crate, open a product, pick your size, color and print placement, then hit Add to Crate. Open the crate from the Cart button in the header, review your items, and press Checkout. That takes you to our secure Shopify checkout where you enter shipping and payment details. You do not need an account to order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted, along with the accelerated wallets Shopify offers at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are entered on Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and are never stored on this site.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payment pages are hosted and encrypted by Shopify. This storefront only builds your cart and hands it off — we never see or store your card number.

What currency are prices in?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown in the store's default currency and charged in that currency at checkout. If your card is issued elsewhere, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are picked and printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days inside the US and 7–21 business days internationally. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, where Shopify checkout offers your country at the shipping step. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Message us first with your order number so we can issue return instructions — returns sent without contacting us can't be tracked to your order. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Reach out as fast as you can. If the order hasn't entered production or shipped yet we can change the size, address or cancel it outright. Once it ships, treat it as a return.

How do sizes run?

Accepted Answer

Hoodies and tees are standard unisex fits. If you're between sizes or want a roomier fit over layers, size up. Ask us before ordering if you want measurements for a specific piece.
